This is our way of offering a basic level of free training in the use of your modern computer as we feel that many repair companies charge unreasonable prices in the event of simple everday problems that arise with the modern computer that anyone can easily overcome themselves.

Quick turnaround where possible.

As soon as a computer is collected or delivered for repair, we aim to start working on the equipment immediately, and in most cases after a diagnosis is given, we will order any parts for you prior to repair to avoid uneccessary waiting or confusion.
In most circumstances we can offer a turnaround with software issues within 24 hours, and hardware issues within one week.

And if your equipment is beyond repair, there is no charge¹. And we will return your equipment as it was accepted, unless you wish to take advantage of our cash for old parts and recyling service.
